In the Chinese society which is in the transition period, the problem of interest game is growing increasingly prominent, and has drawn the attention of majority. Among these, the game in the real estate market is the most intense. In the recent years, along with the improvement of the house commercialization, the house price is soaring continuously, making the game aggravating between real estates businessmen and house buyers. At the same time, the academic circle has had thorough discussion about this problem, however, most of the studies are focused on the economic domain, and few are on the sociological domain.The case of House Group-buying Organization scaled at more than10,000people has caught the attention of the writer. Rooted in interest and major, the writer started the study of the problem. The study has taken the group-buying of a sub-group as the sample and the negotiation members as the survey objects, and carried out some non-structural interviews through internet. Based on the reorganization of the materials collected, and in accordance with the "field-Habitus" theory of Bourdieu, the study has described the dynamic progress of the two sides, analyzed the methods taken by them, and disposed the logic between their gambling.Base on the investigation, the study has found the following:(1) In the housing exchange field, the opinions and acknowledgements of the house buyers are different, but this difference do not make effects on the group-buying practice for they have reached agreement on some aspects:Although the group-buying members have different acknowledgements on the capital since their different habitus, they believe that group-buying is feasible because of the capital included in the mode of group-buying.(2) The form of house-buying groups has greatly changed the power unbalance situation between house buyers and real estates businessmen in the original house-buying field, this is rooted in the contrast of capital of the group and the individual, and it was this capital which changed the weak position of the group in the game with real estates territory.(3) In the house-buying field, the power balance between buyers and real estates businessmen is revocable, and the change of the outside field will also results in the change of the power balance in the house-buying field.In contrast with the individual house-buyers, although the form of group-buying organization scaled at more than10,000people has changed the power balance between the buyer and the seller in the house-buying field, when facing the strong and giant interest group of real estates businessmen, the group needs to improve itself and its capital continuously; Simultaneously, the government should take the responsibility of house guarantee in the game process of the two sides instead of focus of the economic development of real estates market only.
