The Study Of Refinement Of Management Model Of Student Work In Vocational Colleges

The work of students in vocational colleges is an important part of management of the vocational colleges. With the vigorous development of higher vocational education and the advance of the reform of vocational colleges, some of the problems in the management of students in vocational colleges are increasingly prominent. It is an inevitable trend that analysis of a new student model to compensate for the deficiencies of the traditional students working mode.Characteristics of higher vocational education, the development trend of higher vocational colleges and the deficiencies of the traditional students working mode that determine the work of students in vocational colleges to introduce a refinement of management model has important theoretical and practical significance. The literature, survey research and empirical analysis are adopted in this paper. This paper accesses to relevant theoretical knowledge of the meticulous management of student work through the use of literature. This paper is analysis of existing problems and gaps in the current student work through the use of survey research and asking personal opinions to build refinement of management model of student work. This paper analyzes the status of building refinement of management model of student work VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTE through the use of empirical analysis and proposes solutions to enhance refinement of management model of student work VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTE.
