Strategy Analysis On The Application Of Soft Management In The Student Work In Higher Vocational Colleges

Currently, traditional rigid management in vocational colleges has not fully adapt to the changing vocational students work, so to introduce soft management strategy in vocational colleges students work is required by the development of the national Personalized education and higher vocational education and has its historical inevitability and feasibility. In this paper, we take the methods such as literature research, questionnaires and interviews and experience review from summarizing previous research, and try to elaborate the soft management’s basis and features. We figure out the soft management has long-history theoretical origins and rich theoretical foundation and complement to promote each other with rigid management. In addition, we analyze the unique characteristics of the students work in vocational colleges by combing cases through questionnaires and interviews. And some serious problems, such as rigid and superficial management and lack of enthusiasm of students, have been found in the current students work. Finally, on the base of reason analysis, we innovatively put forward to use the methods, such as changing management ideas, innovating management styles, creating new management environment and rebuilding the management teams work, to reach the students work and promote the flexibility of working students in vocational colleges.
