The Study Of Teachers’ Professional Development Based On Compilation For Mathematical Subjects In Test Under The Background Of The Great Problems Of Mathematics

Professional development of teachers is not only the need for education reform in China, also decided that the direction of reform. The continuous development of education have higher expectations of quality and capability of the teachers’ professional; educational reform pose teachers’professional knowledge and research capacity for new challenges; and increasingly prominent of teachers’ professional competitive pressures during the nine-year compulsory education in China, new changes in the educational reform process, these require more realistic, more in-depth research on teachers’ professional development.In this paper Literature study, questionnaires are two ways to understand teachers’ professional development, teachers’ professional knowledge and expertise, and ways and means to promote of professional development of teachers, to understand middle school math teachers’ view of compilation for mathematical subjects in test. Proposed a method that "compilation for mathematical subjects in test under the background of the great problems of Mathematics" to promote of professional development of teachers on the basis of middle school math teachers’ subjective feelings and harvest of compilation for mathematical subjects in test. And summarizes the10major effect:active teachers’ thinking ability, enrich teachers’ imagination, enhance teachers’ aesthetic ability, train teachers in leaning ability, promote of the research capacity of education, stimulate the innovation capacity of teaching, exercise teaching detection capability, optimize the import capacity of new lesson, enhance the ability to stimulate students’ interest, and improve the ability to guide learning.Finally, I put forward some suggestions for secondary schools and teachers based on the study of "compilation for mathematical subjects in test under the background of the great problems of Mathematics" during graduate. Presents the research and reference information about it to convenient middle school math teachers’ to carry out their own research.
