Abstract/Summary:
Objective:The purpose of this subject is to observe the variation of Taijiquan on the human sympathetic nerves, angiotensin II affect Taijiquan regulate sympathetic function may explain, to tai chi to improve cardiovascular function and prevention of cardiovascular disease provide newtheoretical explanations, but also to provide theoretical and practical basis for sports practice.Methods:28male student volunteers, selected according to inclusion criteria, subjects were randomly divided into two groups, each group of14people. Group as the control group and the Taijiquan experimental group (intervention group). The intervention group was12weeks of Taijiquan movement exercise, Taijiquan24simplified tai chi-based. Venous blood, respectively, the two groups before and after the exercise intervention, including the two states:a quiet state, a quantitative exercise load instantly. Measurement of blood parameters, including epinephrine (E), norepinephrine (NE), angiotensin Ⅱ (All). Body mass index, weight, body fat%before and after the intervention of Taijiquan movement detection, further validation of the fitness effects of Taijiquan.Results:(1) Taijiquan exercises before the acute exercise test (quantitative load movement) immediately after the two groups, All, NE, E, indicators of concentration is significantly higher than the quiet state (p<0.01).(2) In the intervention group before the Taijiquan exercise, the two states comparison: quantitative load movement immediately after the Taijiquan exercises NE concentration is lower than the former practice, and the difference was significant (p<0.05), All, E concentration is lower than before the experiment, the difference was very significant (p <0.01); a quiet state, the indicator concentration experiments is lower than before the intervention, but the difference was not significant.(3) Taijiquan exercises before and after the intervention group, All, NE, E, concentration magnitude (quantitative load movement instantly concentration-the concentration of the quiet state) has a difference, and the NE, E, there is a significant difference (p<0.05), All has a very significant difference (p<0.01); After the experiment, the intervention group, All, NE, E concentration range was significantly higher (p<0.01); indicators before and after the experiment of the control group, no difference in changes in amplitude.(4) In the intervention group compared before and after the Taijiquan exercise, exercise after body weight, body fat%, BMI, systolic blood pressure the SBP, diastolic blood pressure of DBP, eyes open, feet and eyes closed, feet balance index was significantly lower than before the experiment, vital capacity lower extremity strength was significantly higher than before the experiment, and the differences were very significant (p<0.01); heart rate HR, the dynamic balance ability index was slightly lower than before the experiment, the basal metabolic rate slightly higher than before the experiment, but the difference was not significant; intervention group and control group found that Taijiquan exercises, body fat%of the experimental group, BMI, systolic blood pressure the SBP, diastolic blood pressure of DBP, eyes open, feet and eyes closed, feet balance index was significantly lower than the control group, vital capacity, lower extremities strength was significantly higher, and the differences were significant (p<0.05), In which the eyes closed, feet balance index difference was significant (p<0.01); heart rate HR, the dynamic balance ability index slightly lower than the control group basal metabolic rate slightly higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant; each body mass index in the control group before and after the experiment there was no significant difference.Conclusion:Taijiquan can affect catecholamine secretion of angiotensin Ⅱ level, you can adjust the body’s blood pressure, which can effectively improve the physical condition of the body.
