Purpose:Detect long-term effects of aerobic exercise on changes in rat models ofheart failure, NET mRNA and protein expression levels, and to explore its role.Research Methods: Adult male Wistar rats, modeling of heart failure aftermyocardial infarction in rats with coronary artery ligation.The rats were randomlydivided into sham quiet group (S group) and sham exercise group (SE group),myocardial infarction quiet group (M group) and MI exercise group (MEgroup).Modeling break four weeks after the sham exercise group (SE group) and MIexercise group (ME group) for up to10weeks of aerobic exercise treadmill shamquiet group (S group), and myocardial infarction quiet group (MI group) to maintainthe natural quiet of oxygen uptake state. Detection of rat body weight (BW) and heartweight (HW), heart weight ratio (HW/BW); PCR detection sympathetic ganglia NETmRNA expression levels, Western blot detection of NET protein changes.Results: The results showed that compared with the sham group quiet, quiet MIgroup significantly increased HW, HW/BW significantly improved significantlyreduce NET mRNA expression was significantly reduced blot NET expression wasdetected Western.Exercise group compared with sham, MI exercise group increasedsignificantly HW, HW/BW significantly improved significantly reduce NET mRNA,significantly reducing Western blot NET expression was detected, indicating that themodel rats after myocardial infarction increased heart weight, heart weight ratioincreases, NET mRNA expression and NET significantly reduced, indicating that themodeling is successful.Experimental results show that compared with the sham quiet group, shamexercise group increased significantly HW, HW/BW significantly improvesignificantly increased NET mRNA expression increased significantly NET.MI groupcompared with the quiet, MI exercise group increased significantly HW, HW/BWsignificantly improve significantly increased NET mRNA, NET expression wassignificantly increased, indicating that long-term aerobic exercise significantlyincreased NET mRNA myocardial infarction in rats, an increase of NET expression. Conclusion:By10weeks long aerobic treadmill exercise can make cardiacsympathetic NET and NET mRNA protein expression changed and thus furtherimproved cardiac function in rats with heart failure, heart failure after MI rats adjustthe sympathetic nervous system overexcited state, increased expression of cardiacsympathetic NET and NET mRNA protein. On the one hand for the campaign againstthe best form of exercise prescription HF and provide a theoretical basis, on the otherhand, may provide new targets for HF treatment interventions, the development ofnew therapeutic strategies for the HF patients.
