The basic education reform in china, experienced "the stage of the enlightenment" and "Mode key stage," enter "to enhance efficiency" as the key stage, teaching effectiveness become the focus of attention. What kind of classroom teaching is the effective teaching? How to carry out "the effective teaching" concept in classroom teaching practice?through teaching task, teaching process, the principle of teaching, teaching method, curriculum setting, etc realization, and eventually had to be comprehensive, carry out in a certain organization form.Therefore, the teaching organization form is directly related to the level of the quality of teaching.The reach is in the perspective of Effectiveness,the classroom teaching organizational form for the study, primarily using documents, case studies, interviews and classroom observation study to explore the effectiveness of classroom teaching standards and the implication.doing a detailed study on our current the major teaching organizations and characteristics, and analyzing the current problems in primary and secondary classroom teaching organizational forms, take the perspective of the "effectiveness" of the classroom teaching organizational forms, described the proposed reforms of teaching organizational form from a practical point of viewThis article consists of six parts. The first part of is Introduction, introduces the reason of the study, combing the research status of the research methods and significance. The second part is the effectiveness and an overview of the organizational form of classroom teaching, to define the effectiveness of on teaching the definition and classification of the forms of organization, and teaching organizational forms. The third part analyzes the relationship between classroom teaching forms of organization and teaching effectiveness. The fourth part is the domestic of current main classroom teaching organizational forms and characteristics, including class teaching system and special form of modern teaching organization. Part five discussed of the problems of primary and secondary classroom teaching organizational forms, analyzed the cause of the problem and performance, the sixth part is a overview of the current classroom teaching organizational form in effectiveness perspective. Describing a of classroom teaching organizational forms in four aspects:the teacher-student relationship, life and relationships, teaching organizations, classroom physical environment.
