Teaching organization form is the implementation of the final point and the foothold of classroom teaching. The teaching will be able to smooth, orderly and efficient influenced by different combinations of time and space, teacher and student. For a long time,"teacher, podium, textbook" centered the classroom, coupled with large scale,which made the new curriculum reform of teaching methods were difficult to effectively put into practice. Therefore, the teaching organization form of reform is imminent.This thesis is divided into five chapters. First chapter is introduction, in this chapter, first of all, this paper discusses the research reason, value and significance, and then the paper sorts out the existing document to understand the basic situation of the current studies, the significance of the available research on this paper as well as the lack of existing research; what’s more, the paper also defines some relative concepts; at last, the paper give a brief description of the content, methods and innovations of the research..The second chapter, firstly the concept of the teaching organization form, and several related concepts were differentiated, then on the types and characteristics of teaching organization form is analyzed.The third chapter, documentary method and historical method were mainly used to analyze and reflect teaching organizational form mainly from1949to2000.The fourth chapter, using the comparison method to analyze the teaching organizational form which were representative,for example,stratified teaching and cooperative learning, etc.Then,to make a detailed analysis, combined with the specific case of further analysis of the above four kinds of teaching organization form, such as Feihong school and stratified teaching, etc.The fifth chapter focused on the achievement and problems of the four previous types of teaching organization form,and tried to do some summary.This thesis has a certain degree of innovation on the research objects and contents. On the object,it based on high school classroom teaching organizational form for specialized research; On the content, based on the previous teaching organization form, a variety of exploration and typical cases were analyzed to the the change of new teaching organization form and also to give suggestions to the development trend and reform measure.
