And sports in addition to a body of improve students' comprehensive quality, there are a lot of extension of the meaning, such as through some sports activities, on the physical education can promote students to form the good habit of physical exercise, can promote the all-round development of students' physical ability, also can improve the practical ability, improve their interpersonal skills, on some corresponding psychological quality is also has a lot of positive help, also can promote the quality of the students to form positive, energetic attitude in life. Now the high school physical education, there are some problems, unlike high school physical education, junior high school physical education, because the composition of mid-term exam achievement in sports scores, the junior high school teachers of physical education, attaches great importance to students also special attention to, because there is no high school students sports linked to the university entrance exam of this kind of pressure, in the process of learning, there is no so big of intrinsic motivation, and therefore in class learning effect is not so ideal, what is more,high school physical education, there are many disadvantages, many teachers have been dealt with that kind of explanation, students imitate, boring classroom. In order to better to help students improve themselves, to realize students' art of morality, intelligence and physique full scale development, we must deepen the sports teaching in high school curriculum reform, the breakthrough and innovation in the original course. What we call \ "friend\" organizational form is a kind of because of having the same hobbies and interests together voluntarily a for there is no limit to the number, gender, age groups, and within the group members each other mutual understanding, but also care about each other. When in the process of the implementation of physical education teaching, use of\ "company group\" to grouping teaching practice, the internal members of the team formation of helping each other, the realization of students main body status, in group learning and practice, the companion groups inside the classmate to help support and encourage each other,under the guide of teachers, members of the group within the companion is a state of try to overtake each other in learning; The initiative of the students to fully mobilize. When each student learning in the process of this initiative is to mobilize, they will be more positive to cooperate, to communication, to progress, so that the contemporary social consciousness is a certain degree of train, also meet our physical health, mental health, and in this process, the students' ability of social adaptation, degree of individual's physical and mental pleasure and self experience sports teaching goal.This paper USES a lot of research methods in the process of research, they respectively are: the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and the experimental method, the second senior middle schools in jinan of shandong province level14 two classes as experimental object, the experiment of teaching content for the leap in the process of the high jump, experimental variables for the two different teaching organization form. Experiment for two and a half months, a total of 20 times during the period of this teaching experiment. At the end of the experiment, the results are: after two months of study,the experimental group on body shape indexes such as height, weight, lung capacity, standing jump, 50 m running on body function indexes such as physical education attitude, sports knowledge, physical and mental pleasure and to communicate with people of different level is better than control group.
