Teaching organization form is one of the important factors that effect primary and middle school students' interest in learning. Many theories and research shows that, according to academic features, the use of reasonable teaching organization form for small and medium-sized the learning interest of the students have the important meaning. In pay attention to students' learning interest today, scientific and reasonable teaching organization form has become one of the important standard of influencing students' learning interest.Domestic and foreign research about teaching organization form has many books, but devoted to the relationship between teaching organization form and the student to study the interest still not saw doing research. This thesis mainly with teaching organization form factor and stimulate the students' Chinese study interest relations as special research objects, through research, this paper reveals the positive role to stimulate students' language learning interest by teaching organization form, in order to draw objective conclusion and some regularity, to provide some enlightenment and reference for the current education knowledge teaching. This paper adopts literature study, questionnaire and quantity of the method of statistical analysis, which analyzed and discussed the teaching organization form and students' Chinese study interest condition, and define the teaching organization form what factors can influence in the interest of students' Chinese study, that put forward strategic Suggestions and countermeasures for the first teachers' teaching.This paper is divided into the following five aspects:The first part:Introduction. This paper mainly expounds the background, ideas and methods; and introduces the results of teaching organization form and students' Chinese interest in learning, and put forward on the basis of this research significance by having research;The second part:choose guilin urban several primary and middle schools' teachers and students, through questionnaire survey, individual interview and audition, to investigate the satisfaction of teaching organization form approach the existing of students' Chinese interest in learning, and comments on the present situation;The third part:by guilin urban 4 schools for samples, I do the empirical studies the correlation between factors of teaching organization form and students' Chinese learning interest;The fourth part:by collecting the case, analyzes teaching organization form and students' Chinese study interest correlation;The fifth part:the article concludes the teaching organization form factor:take reasonable teacher-student interaction, seats arrangement the way the mode, teaching methods, teaching auxiliary can stimulate the students' interest in learning of Chinese language, based on which some change teaching organization form and students' Chinese study interest related countermeasures.This research in the innovation of teaching organization form and the interest of students' Chinese study unifies, constructed a new perspective to improve the teaching quality and improve students' interest in learning, through the qualitative research and the method quantitative research to investigation and study, which has some reference value.This study deficiency primarily reflected in the current teaching organization form and the students' Chinese learning interest present situation know in-depth, still need to do further research. This text only confirmed teaching organization form and students' Chinese study interest is positively correlated, but not for five, six, seven grade students of all ages difference analysis and research. To study proposed countermeasures and Suggestions, also in practice need to test its feasibility and validity, these are the author further research direction in the future.
