However, there is no arrangement and management for the small-scale games organized by the students themselves, and no specific plan for the small-scale games, rather than specific entity of the small-scale games among the students (Such as Students’Small-scale Football Association or Community of Small-scale Football).In the aspect of the quality of the teachers, the football teachers in universities and colleges in Chengdu City are in their prime, with proper professional title structure and high educational background, but they do not frequently guide the small-scale game. Ⅰ. In aspect of the basic status, the total number of the lovers of the small-scale game is large, in which the Juniors takes up good percentage, and they always do it for learning and health.Ⅱ. In aspect of engagement, the season for small-scale game is always the autumn, when the demand of keeping fit is achieved; and busiest time is always in the weekend or afternoon; the place for small-scale game is always the playground or the space with no occupation; the most number of the people for the small-scale game are5,6or10; while the most expected number are8,9,7or10; the most disliked number is under4;In aspect of sports facilities and funds, universities and colleges in Chengdu City do not make scientific plan for the11-man football ground and the space without occupation, and they do not spend sufficient funds on the small-scale game, which is another reason why the small-scale game does not have good development. It is also showed most small-scale game lovers are optimistic in regard to funds.In aspect of the games, most football management personnel do not explore the small-scale game; the choice of participants are diversified, most people like games of school or department-level better than the one of class-level.In aspect of the attractive factors, the most attractive factor is the unique charm of the small-scale game, and the diversified types of the small-scale game and the diversified choice of the football lovers are deep in their heart. In their opinion, on other games can replace the small-scale game.In aspect of factors of influence, the individual games organized by the students are easily disturbed or attacked by the external bodies, which makes some small-scale game lovers dissociative, and which is also the reason why the small-scale game in universities and colleges in Chengdu City can not be well developed.
