Under the guidance of the thought of "health first", College Physical Education has strengthened the education of health knowledge and fitness methods, aiming to improve students’ self health care consciousness, develop healthy habits and lifestyles. But through the investigation of teachers and students of Ocean University of China and PE teaching situation present, found that health education and physical education teaching situation just passable,80%of the" physical education and health" is still the traditional" P.E.". To solve this problem, this paper investigated and discovered a problem, put forward to solve the method. In this paper, by using research approaches, such as literature data method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematic statistic method, logic analytical method, etc. From health education, physical education, curriculum theory, health care, nutrition perspective analysis P.E. present situation and the restricting factors to Ocean University of China. Special analysis that P.E. and health education are to combine to form one. Raised in public physical education teaching practice in teaching of physical education and health in the combination of theory and practice of the teaching mode and teaching experiment, validate its effect. Its specific contents include:1、In P.E. teaching, implement health education be restricted by subjective and objective factors. Subjective factors:teacher’s self-characters, education idea, teaching attitude and teaching method; objective factors:the school curriculum, teaching content, evaluation system, outlay, site equipment.2、The students of Ocean University of China pay attention to health knowledge, but the students understand and master the knowledge of health is still very limited, eager to learn more health knowledge in P.E.3、In the sports teaching, the measures about sports health knowledge blend in practice include:each school each semester provides sports health knowledge; through training, improve the quality of teachers; strengthen teaching techniques, flexible teaching method; substantiate school facilities; constructing a suitable evaluation system of teaching effect.4、Design P.E. teaching. Sports health knowledge selection sorting, systemic is divided into4parts, respectively, in the4semester of teaching. Each semester, in addition to2theoretical teaching, each of the sports practice class using student rest10-15minutes to teach health knowledge, teaching way to adjust to changing circumstances.5、Teaching experiment. Through the teaching effect contrast of experimental class and the control class, verify the theory and practice of combining teaching methods to get better results:The experimental class students were significantly improved health awareness, knowledge of physical education and sports behavior more consistent.
