SPEM Courses Are Modelled On Level TWO PE Classes Experimental Research In Teaching

With the comprehensive promotion of the content of the new curriculum reform,the school is constantly improving the physical education teaching work,paying more attention to the individual differences of students and practical diversification of teaching.SPEM(Science,Physical Education and Me)courses show a healthy and diversified trend.5E independent inquiry method is adopted to advocate students to actively participate in sports activities,and there are few experimental studies on this teaching mode in China.This teaching experiment research adopts the questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,and the selected experimental objects are the third grade students of Qufu Experimental Primary School,including 32 experimental class students,using SPEM curriculum mode to teach;32 students in the control class were taught in the regular PE course mode.Two classes of teaching time arrangement for 12 weeks,before and after the experiment on two classes of health knowledge,situational interest and expected value dimension within the group between transverse and longitudinal comparison,discusses the SPEM curriculum in elementary school physical education teaching the advantage and deficiency,so as to provide reference for elementary school physical education curriculum teaching design perspective.Through the analysis of teaching experiment data,the conclusions are as follows:1.The total score of health knowledge between the experimental class and the control class showed extremely significant difference(P < 0.001).It shows that SPEM course can effectively improve students' physical education and health knowledge level.2.There was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the score of interest dimension of sports situation(P < 0.05).Therefore,it also indicates that the SPEM teaching mode has an effect on improving students' situational interest.3.Students in the experimental class and the control class showed significant differences in internal value and expectation belief under the dimension of sports goal value(P < 0.05).It also shows that this course model can effectively enhance students' awareness of physical exercise.4.There was no significant difference in the physical fitness test scores between the experimental class and the control class(P > 0.05),which also indicated that the adoption of SPEM did not reduce the physical health level of students.5.The physical activity levels of the experimental class and the control class are similar.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Pay attention to the study of physical education and health knowledge,and pay attention to the combination of theory and practice.2.Optimize physical education teaching content,rationally select teaching methods,and cultivate the ability of independent inquiry.3.Pay attention to the design of teaching content and increase the expected value of students.4.Fully consider the exercise load and amount of physical education.5.Observe students' physical conditions at all times and expand the teaching ideas in class.
