To observe the ZhengShiXunXiYiHao, fuming and washing of SD rats onacute soft tissue injury of local SOD activity and MDA content and pathological tissuechanges, so the treatment of acute soft tissue injury mechanism was discussed, andprovide theoretical bases for clinical treatment.Methods:1. Take48Kunming mice were randomly divided into the blank control group,ZhengShiXunXiYiHao of large dose group, middle dose group, low dose group,respectively, using the hot plate method in measuring pain threshold. The take48Kunming mice were randomly divided into large, medium, small and blank controlgroup four, respectively, by acetic acid writhing method to observe the analgesic action.The72March old SD rats, weighing220+20g, laboratory adaptive feeding7days afterthe adoption of blow molding method. Were randomly divided into two groupsrandomly (n=36), i.e. experiment group (ZhengShiXunXiYiHao), control group;model to24hours after the experimental group ZhengShiXunXiYiHao fumigating andwashing treatment,2times a day, the control group treated by smouldering and washingwith water, two times a day. Observation of local molding area soft tissue injury indexchange, and in the model after first days, third days, fifth days; random and draw-outthe experimental group and control group with12rats each were sacrificed after skeletalmuscle only, from paraffin-embedded sections, under a light microscope to observe thehistological change. Take part in skeletal muscle homogenates using ELISA method tomeasure the tissue homogenate of SOD activity and MDA content; in the model afterfirst days, third days, fifth days were randomized in a rat MR-DTI scanning observationof injury, muscle tissue.Results:(1) ZhengShiXunXiYiHao every dose group can improve the mouse hot platepain threshold, compared with the blank control group there were significant differences;(2) ZhengShiXunXiYiHao of large dose group, middle dose group of mice induced byacetic acid writhing response inhibition, large dose group compared with the blank control group differences were highly significant.(3) injury symptom index wereobserved to see ZhengShiXunXiYiHao, fuming and washing every dose group canimprove the mouse hot plate pain threshold, compared with the blank control groupthere were significant differences;(2) ZhengShiXunXiYiHao the experimental groupcan promote injury local swelling, subcutaneous ecchymosis and subcutaneous bleedingdissipate, and model control group had obvious difference. NMR pictures observed:ZhengShiXunXiYiHao the experimental group injury soft tissue inflammationsignificantly reduce the edema subsided, than the model group quickly. Lightmicroscopy: ZhengShiXunXiYiHao the experimental group injury soft tissueinflammation is reduced apparently, muscle fiber repair than model group group quickly.ZhengShiXunXiYiHao in the experimental group third days and five days after injurycan markedly improve the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA.Conclusion: ZhengShiXunXiYiHao can be symptomatic treatment of acute soft tissueinjury induced by subcutaneous congestion, swelling, pain and dysfunction and othersymptoms. ZhengShiXunXiYiHao by increasing the activity of SOD could reduce thecontent of MDA play an anti-inflammatory role. In clinical and worthy ofpopularization and application.
