The former group has a much better performance thanthe latter one.which shows the ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao can obviously promote thesituation of the damage of local swelling, subcutaneous ecchymosis and subcutaneousbleeding dissipation, and significantly improved the state of mind of the rats after theinjury;(2) light-microscopy: ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao has significantly and quicklyreduced the inflammation and edema of the injuried area and significantly reduced theprocess of the muscle fiber repairing compared with the model control group,.(3)immunohistochemistry: ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao could significantly inhibit thechanging of injury soft tissue c-fos and c-jun,in the point of2th、4th、6th day,it gets anobviously difference compared with the model group.Conclusion：ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao can treat the subcutaneous blood stasis,swelling, pain and dysfunction etc caused by acute soft tissue injury. The mechanismmay exist in the way the ZhengShiYiHaoXunXiYao influenced the c-fos and c-jun,plays a key role for inhibiting cell apoptosis and promoting the proliferation and thereconstruction of the injuried soft tisse.So it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
