and education and the implementation of the policy of "double reduction" and "double increase",the sports industry has developed rapidly, and the market demand for sports talents is increasing day by day.The cultivation of sports professionals has become the top priority. In our country, the college entrance examination is one of important forms of selecting sports talents. In high school, sports students have to do sports training on the one hand and cultural learning on the other.Only when they "pass the line" in the college entrance examination, can they have the chance to enter the university for further study.Explore more scientific and efficient means of sports training, help sports students to improve their sports performance, and help to provide more outstanding sports reserve talents for the country and the market. In the physical examination, the 100-meter project is a compulsory item of physical fitness examination, occupying a higher score. Therefore, the improvement of 100 meters is of great significance to high school sports students. In the past, the research on improving the 100-meter performance of high school sports students used to change the training content, method, load and other aspects to improve a certain physical quality,so as to improve the 100-meter performance.Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization mainly acts on the muscle fatigue recovery stage of sports students after training.Through searching the relevant literature at home and abroad, many sports events apply instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization in the fatigue recovery stage of athletes, and there are very good feedback.By comparing the effect of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and conventional stretching and relaxation in 100-meter training, this paper verifies the influence of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization on the improvement of high school sports students’ 100-meter performance,so as to provide certain reference for enriching training means for sports students. In this study, experimental methods, literature methods,high-speed photography, video analysis and other research methods were used to select 20 male sprint students from the senior high school sports college entrance examination training team of Gaotang County No.1 High School as experimental subjects, randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experiment lasted for 8 weeks, and the basic information and various indicators of the subjects were tested and analyzed 24 hours before the experiment.During the experiment, the subjects in the two groups had the same daily special training content. The experimental group used instrument-assisted release to relax after the 100-meter special training, while the control group used conventional stretching training to relax after the 100-meter special training. After 8weeks of training, the experimental index test was conducted again the next day to evaluate the intervention effect of the experimental means. The experimental data of the two groups of subjects were analyzed and compared to verify the effect of instrument-assisted release in the fatigue recovery stage of 100-meter training.Research results:(1)After 8 weeks of experiment,NRS pain scores of students in the experimental group were significantly different from those before the experiment, while those in the control group were not significantly different from those before the experiment. The BU value of the students in the experimental group decreased significantly compared with that before the experiment, while the BU value of the students in the control group decreased significantly, but it was not effective.Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization has an obvious effect on improving pain caused by muscle inflammation and adhesion and promoting fatigue recovery.(2)After 8 weeks of experiment, there were significant differences between the two groups of students in step length and sitting body flexor performance, and the increase of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, indicating that the improvement of step length and hip joint flexibility by instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization was better than that of conventional stretching training. The instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization can be used as an auxiliary means for high school sports students to exercise their flexibility and step length.(3)After 8 weeks of experiment, the step frequency of students in the two groups was significantly different from that before the experiment, but the increase of the experimental group was not significantly different from that of the control group, indicating that the instrument assisted soft tissue release has no significant advantage in the training of improving the step frequency.(4)After 8 weeks of experiment, there were significant differences between the results of 30 meter running and standing long jump between the two groups compared with those before the experiment, and the increase of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, indicating that instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization could help improve the explosive power of lower limbs.(5)After 8 weeks of experiment, the 100-meter performance of both groups was significantly improved, and the improvement of 100-meter performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, indicating that instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization has more significant advantages for the improvement of 100-meter performance of high school sports students compared with conventional stretching training. It can be used as an auxiliary relaxation means in the special training of 100 meters for high school sports students.Research conclusion:Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization has a positive effect on improving the100-meter performance of high school sports students. It can be used as a relaxation training method after special training. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, High school sports students, 100-meter performance, Relaxation exercises | PDF Full
