At present, the new curriculum reform is carrying out in the elementary and middle schools, which like a raging fire across the whole country. Specially, it is specified in the new curriculum reform that improving students’ scientific accomplishment will be the primary goal, so that students will get long benefit from learning, promote all-round and sustainable development, making our education to better cope with the modern society development, training to adapt to international competition and to meet the demand for the development of the new era of talent to lay good foundation. Teaching model plays a vital role in the process of the course teaching, and bridges between education theories and practices. Therefore, the teaching mode reform is the indispensably important component of the curriculum reform and the education reform. Physics is a important part of the foundation education, it is value to study and reflect on the topic that how the physics teachers implement the new standards in physics teaching. It is very necessary and significant that studying on constructing the new teaching patterns of middle school physics classroom..It is presented in the new curriculum reform and educational reform that constructing "taking the student as the main body, with teachers’ guidance" as the teaching idea of classroom teaching. Therefore, on the foundation of the theory of constructivism, cognitive theory, meaningful learning theory, educational theory and so on, according to the new curriculum, which is proposed in the teaching philosophy, combining with the actual condition and current situation of the current junior high school physics teaching, putting forward the basic theory of "three-dimensional interactive type and investigation "teaching mode of physics classroom, the pattern consists mainly of these eight teaching steps: advance preparation to explode interest—interactive exploration and discussion-cooperation and intercommunion-hierarchical guidance-independent practice-feedback question-abstract explanation-bestirring evaluation. The author constructs the base teaching procedure of the application of the teaching mode on the basis of studying the basic theory of "three-dimensional interactive type and investigation "teaching mode of physics classroom, and putting this teaching mode into teaching practice to study. Through a long time of study and examination on the theory in the physical teaching practice, the validity of this teaching mode has been proved, and achieving certain results in high school physics teaching.
