Since the1980s, Problem Solving has become the trend of the international mathematics education. Because the research relates to how to improve students’ scientific culture quality, moral character quality and teaching quality, it causes the universal attention of many domestic and overseas research institutes, experts, scholars and general teachers.The main problems that exist in our country at present are the students’ mathematics application consciousnesses and problem consciousnesses are not strong enough, and their thinking abilities and innovation abilities are weak. On the premise that we ensure to complete the teaching task of each stage and to improve graduation rates steadily, the writer explores and summarizes some suitable and effective ways for Problem Solving Teaching Method at the present stage in junior middle school in our country. This model has distinct effect in many aspects: to train the students’ mathematics application awareness and their innovation awareness, to mobilize the students’ enthusiasm and initiative, to improve the students’ abilities of analyzing and solving problems.This article is relied on the writer’s teaching practice, it refers to the specific implementation of the Problem Solving Teaching and it is based on the understanding of the Problem Solving Teaching situation in the junior middle school. It discuss the theory and the practice of the Problem Solving Math Teaching Method in the junior middle school. This research is based on the literature research of the predecessors. It compares the domestic and overseas theories and practices of Problem-Solving Teaching Mode in the math teaching. It reveals the problems of Problem-Solving Mode during the math teaching in our country. It compares and analyses the advantages and disadvantages among the current teaching modes, then combines with the new curriculum standard requirements to construct the Problem-Solving Teaching Mode that is suitable for the junior middle school education in the present stage in our country.In this research, the writer designs two feasible implementation plans in the Problem-Solving Mode for Junior Middle School:1. To use Problem-Solving Mode to solve the problems in the math classroom teaching. Nowadays, classroom teaching is the key link in the middle school. We only have the efficient classroom-teaching to get good grades. It includes the following four points:(1) To organize the teaching by using the unified contents from the teaching materials that come from the education department (2) To organize the teaching by using the selective contents from the teaching materials (3) To organize the teaching by using the Subject-Study in the text book (4) To change some exercises into opening exercises.2. To use Problem-Solving Mode to solve the problems in the out-of-classroom activities. The extracurricular activities are rare in the junior middle schools in our country at present. But it has the irreplaceable characteristics that we can’t find in the classroom-teaching. It is also an essential link.This article is divided into six sections:Section One: The introduction of the Problem Solving Teaching Research in junior middle schools. Section Two: The connotation and function of the Problem Solving Teaching Mode in the junior middle school. It expounds the theoretical basis and the value of the Problem Solving Teaching Mode in the junior middle school. Section Three: It analyses the theory of the Problem Solving Teaching Method in junior middle schools.Section Four: It researches the Problem Solving Teaching Mode by practices and forms a series of methods and strategies for the Problem Solving Teaching Mode in junior middle schools.Section Five: It reflects the teaching modes and the connection of the High school entrance exam and the Problem Solving Teaching Mode.Section Six: It summarizes and prospects the Problem Solving Teaching Method in junior middle schools.
