Mathematics concept is the essential part of the mathematical knowledgesystem and the cognition basis for the learners. Mathematics concept is thefundamental unit of the theorem, formula and principle, on which theconstruction of mathematic theory is based. Besides, mathematic concept is thestarting point for the cultivation of the learners’ cognition, study process andmathematical thought.By acquiring the mathematic concept can learners not only know somemathematical knowledge but, more importantly, construct the new cognitionsystem as well, thus forming the understanding of mathematical knowledge anddeveloping the intelligence. Obviously, mathematic concept can not only be thekey link of the construction of the theory but the prerequisite of improving theproblem solving capability. So, concept comprehension, skill acquisition andproblem solution constitute a system, through which the overall consideration anddesign are implemented to mathematics concept teaching based on the problemsolving method in high school and apply the system as the core in teaching andresearchingThe study is based on the mathematics study theory, aiming at learners’concept learning by designing the case of the concept teaching in class andexplores the method and link of the mathematics concept teaching based on theproblem solving method in high school. The teacher will start to search for thegrowth point of learners’ knowledge study. By pointing out reasonable problems,the teacher leads the learners to discover, consider and solve the problem, andrestores the whole thinking process. Learners study and discover the knowledgein the problematic setting and experience the formation of knowledge by solvingthe given problem, and form the capability of solving the new problem finally.Their ability to problem solving is enhanced. They not only understand themathematic concept but know the mathematical knowledge as well. Besides, theyestablish a new cognition system, through which they will deepen the understanding of mathematical knowledge.The study mainly adopts the practice on the mathematics concept teachingbased on the problem solving method in high school, aiming to pay attention tothe transformations of teaching method and improve the teaching efficiency. Onwhose base, the teaching practice will be carried out after the analysis andimprovement of the observation in class. Attention will be paid to the learners’study method. Moreover, the IT technology, the Flipped Classroom will be greataids in transforming the way of teaching and study in class. Through practice, wefind the effect of the mathematics concept teaching based on the problem solvingmethod is mainly manifested in three aspects:first, new rules are made by meansof problem solving(concept, theorem);second, basic ability to problem solving isformed by experiencing the problem solving process;third, comprehension andapplication ability are improved by means of solving the sequent problemsrelated.The study is problem solving oriented, and focuses on the practice ofmathematics concept teaching method in high school. Useful and effectiveexperience is achieved by analyzing the case, summarizing effective methods andreflecting on the weakness.
