The problem-solving teaching has become a major mode in mathematics education. This thesis is based on comparing many documents from home and abroad in mathematical problem solving. Combined with problems exist in mathematic teaching, in our country thus we put forward the importance of the problem-solving teaching.To begin with, the thesis points out some shortcomings of the traditional teaching, then it researches the theory of the problem solving, and analysis the mode of the problem-solving teaching in depth, so that to make it feasible and practical. Further more, this method, according to which is put into practice, and a specific analysis is given through a questionnaire survey .The theoretical research solves how to implement the problem-solving teaching speciously questionnaire and practical of teaching in solving the questions of the influence the main status of the students in class ,interest in learning mathematics, and mathematics results, etc. Finally, we raise some questions which we should pay attention to problem-solving teaching as well as some subjects to go a step further.The way of problem-solving teaching can not only give full play to the main status of the students in mathematics learning, but also make for establishing democracy and a lively atmosphere of classroom teaching, consequently raise their interest in learning. Today, problem-solving teaching has proved to be a necessity for quality education and individual development, which can also contribute to the mathematics results of students, which can also contribute to improve the mathematics results of students and the skills of problem analyzing and solving.
