To construct the high quality of the rural teachers’ team, is the crucial factor ofthe basic education curriculum reform success or failure, is the basic guarantee of thecomprehensive promotion of the Quality Education, and also is the important methodto reduce the gap between the education quality of the urban and rural. Enhancing theconstruction of the teachers’ team is the significant thing in the development of therural education, but the crux is the effect of the rural teachers’ in-service training. Inthe context of the promotion and deepening of the new basic education curriculumreform, to research teachers’ in-service training in rural junior high school is of greatsignificance.The paper adopts the case study of the junior high school in Shangrao country.The paper analyses the current situation of the teachers’ in-service training in theschool, reveals the shortage, find the cause and give advice of how to solve theproblems.Through the study, author found the condition of education in the N school andthe quality of the teachers is not good, the inputting of the fund is not enough, and it islack of the scientific guidance and management. This causes the inefficiency of theteachers’ in-service training. The main problems include: teachers’ lack of knowledge,the chances of teachers’ in-service are not so many, teachers do not have so much timeto join; lack of effective instructive and management, and also not made the plan ofthe training; the content, form, and the justice of the training organization are not sogood. All the things above influence the effect of the teachers’ in-service training.In order to enhance the teachers’ in-service training of the N school, the authorconsiders: to strengthen the support of the government’s policy; choose and arrangethe training content carefully; strengthen and change the philosophy of the training toset up fine atmosphere; construct and explore the form of the school-based in-servicetraining of the region; establish a system about the evaluation, stimulate and security.
