In multiple files issued by Education Ministry,all strengthen to construct theteachers’ team and improve the teachers’ quality, and emphasis the rural teachers’ training.From it we can know how important the rural teachers’ training to the teachers’ buildingin our country. But some problems still exist. So teachers’ training in rural areas is stillworthy to study and discuss.This research mainly uses the methods of literature, questionnaire and interviews toresearch. The first chapter mainly illustrates the topic selected reasons、research purpose、research significance、research methods、contents and key and difficult points, at the sametime explain the related theories. In the second chapter summarizes the rural teachers’training and their training needs in recent years, and the foreign teachers’ trainingsituation, in order to lay the foundation for the research.In the third chapter, from using the methods of questionnaire and interviews, we makeclear teachers’ training needs on the motivation, contents, forms, means, conditions,management style in the rural compulsory education of Panyu District in Guangzhou,then analyzes their causes. In the fourth chapter, based on discussing the teachers’internal training needs and making clear the current situation of teachers training, we findthe main problems are: the contradictions exist in the “trained” with the teachers’autonomous learning will; unrealistic training contents with the contents of teachers wantto promote the education and teaching development; large number kinds of trainingswith teachers’ limited time;“Teaching and Filling” training form with teachers’personality demand, and then analyzes the causes of the problems. Based on the teachers’internal training needs, we put forward some suggestions of improving teachers’ trainingeffectiveness. Teacher training should be human-oriented, give the teachers more choicesas much as possible; strengthen the contents’ pertinent, set the curriculums of teachersreally need; arrange the training time reasonably,plan appropriate trainings; Innovate theteachers’ training forms, adopt flexible and various forms to train; Improve the teachers’training awareness, stimulate teachers’ internal motivation.
