Train the trainees a good psychological quality, promotion ofgood health, harmonious interpersonal relationships, improve self-confidence, andstrengthen the good spirit of cooperation and team spirit. Domestic expand the value oftraining is not too much, mostly just stay in this regard will be to expand the training to theintroduction to the Physical Education in Higher level, this right to expand training impacton the Sports College students’ communication skill preliminary analysis and research.In this paper, the literature, interviews, questionnaires, teaching experimental method,the number of reasonable statistical method such as research methods, Capital Institute ofPhysical Education and the Beijing Sports University elective to expand the training of40students for the subjects, by40elective badminton is selected class teaching students as anexperimental control group experimental study, experimental study on the expansion oftraining to improve and enhance the Beijing Sports College students’ communication skills.In this paper, the teaching experiment results show that: Expand the training toenhance and improve the Beijing Sports College students’ communication skills has aunique and significant role and influence. Three dimensions of the tendency in thecommunication skills to communicate which elective to expand the training sessions of40students test communication skills, communication cognitive effect was significantdifference (P <0.01).Communication motivation, communication anxiety, communication,confidence, trust, verbal expression, the expression of non-verbal, listening,communication, cognitive factors, produced a very significant change (P <0.01). Prove toexpand the training of Beijing Sports College students’ communication skills with a goodeffect.
