The Study Of College Students’ Psychological Qualities During Transitional Period And Expand Education

Nowadays,our country is during the period of transformation characterized social politics,economy and culture. It is commonly known as the tower of ivory,but as the gradual promotion of college quality education’s popularization and socialization,university has been involved inevitably in our society.As a special group sensitive to the development of our society,meeting with the constant changes of our social environment,the blast of social information,the increasing pace of our life and the turbulent tide of globalization,college students has a series of changes in conception,mentality and thought.Although as an adult physically are mature in intelligence,they are a bit immature psychologically because of lack of social practice.As a result,they tend to have too many unbiased points in their understanding of the society.In face of various pressure from different sources such as interpersonal relationship,study,emotional crisis,choosing a career,and addiction to online games,they can’t manage to deal with these problems appropriately,resulting in some mental problems.The thesis will summarize them into loneliness and inferiority complex,the trouble of emotional problems,the setbacks of interpersonal relationship and the mental anxiety in employment.However,it is not ideal about the mental quality’s education in university.There occurs a lot of problems in the course of implementation.The thesis summarizes them into four aspects:lack of enough attention from school,low quality of special teaching faculty,bad efficiency of psychological consult and quality education,not sound of the prevention of psychological diseases and intervention of crisis.These have severely affected the normal progression of the expand education of psychological education.Search for the reason,it mainly include lack of enough awareness from the leaders of school authorities,lack of enough establishment of special teachers and the lack of standardization of expand education.Therefore,by means of knowing more about the current condition and the cause of college students’ mental qualities as well as expand education and then putting forward some instructive strategies conforming to the requirements of the development of our age which are easily operated,has been the important task of the study.Promoting the psychological expand education of college students should stick to be people-oriented,overall and cooperative.And we should be clear about the basic thoughts of combination from school,family and society as well as the efficient cooperation of expand education,political education and social practice.Furthermore,we should pay special attention to the following main measures:firstly.enhance the validity of the expand education:secondly,fasten the speed of special teaching faculty;thirdly,establish scientific and efficient mechanism of the expand education;fourthly,make the students’organization play a full role in expand education.
