The main conclusions are as follows:With the development of market economy, Beijing city basketball reserve personnelsystem has formed in the traditional basketball schools as the representative of the schooleducation system, amateur and competitive sports as the representative of the schoolsystem, the club as the representative of the social culture system, forming the currentmuch channel, much way of basketball reserve talents cultivation pattern.Nowadays, school system of training reserve basketball talents have good source ofstudents, even some players have been selected to the youth team club; In training, theschool in accordance with the general arrangements for training students, due to the heavyculture course, the training time can‘t be guaranteed. Most coaches are lack of training.Players are not satisfied on the training environment and facilities. The school system has aseries of competition arrangement, but the competition system is not complete.Nowadays, school system of training reserve basketball talents, is in the embarrassingsituation. Now parents let children to learn culture classes, basketball is just as a hobby.Therefore, most of the good conditions of the students are choose key middle school. Theplayers have little opportunity to competition. In the faculty, school system school systemis relatively poor, especially in amateur sports school.Social forces to run schools have better teachers, also can received a certain numberof trainees. Because of the limit of participants age gap, level, coach number, training time, aswell as the personnel transport channel, it can‘t really cultivate a number of basketball reservetalents.
