The Research On The Safety Construction System Of The Outward Bound In Collage And Universities In Beijing City

Outward Bound has been in China more than a decade, their training in the form of thenovel and unique, a good training effect, wide range of industry recognized training. Withthe employment of over30,000billion in emerging industries in the value chain, but in adisorderly development of the status for a long time, neither the national sector regulation,there is no uniform industry regulations specification. With the expansion of thedevelopment of training, a growing number of colleges and universities under the guidancethat meet market demand, the creation of professional development training, or expandingthe training to elective courses, but in the culture system of colleges and universities, butnot on this high-risk special management project.However, colleges and universities to expand the training of the organization of thesecurity system to work is very complicated, it requires the mutual cooperation of thevarious departments, is a systematic project, not flat horizontal development between thecolleges and universities, a number of security risks have become increasingly prominent,to be solved. Among them, the lack of objective maneuverability strong expansion oftraining security system is particularly prominent. Against this backdrop, this paper studiesof Beijing colleges and universities to expand the training of security system, sought toestablish a comprehensive evaluation system, thereby contributing to the health of collegesand universities to expand training activities and coordinated development.The main conclusions are as follows:1Beijing colleges and universities to expand training security system for the study,visited Beijing experts to carry out more than10universities to expand training programs,through the expert survey method, AHP and other research methods, this study finallyestablisheda contains a five-level indicators,12two indicators, a total of51indicators ofthe37three indicators index system.2On the establishment of colleges and universities in Beijing to expand the trainingsystem of safety evaluation index system based on the AHP method, calculates theevaluation index system of each index weight coefficient, is beneficial to the teachingmanagers hold working key, to better promote the development of physical educationcollege3Beijing colleges and universities to expand training security system rules table of theevaluation criteria and evaluation of scoring methods and formulas and grading standardsin order to facilitate this evaluation system operation and quantify in practical application,for all colleges and universities in Beijing securitycarried out to expand the trainingactivities and provides the possibility of grading.4This study selected the two universities to carry out to develop training courses inBeijing as the authentication object, check the results objectively reflect the current statusquo of the two universities.
