Research On The Law Of Juvenile Delinquency In Current China

The problem of juvenile delinquency is one of the significant factors toinfluence the social stability of current China. With the depth of there forming andopening up and the rapid development of the market-oriented economy，our socialstructure is sharply change，and the peak of juvenile delinquency is occurring inChina. Juvenile delinquency is gradually increasing which produce a serious threatto the construction of harmonious society sustainable development of our country，as for those scholars and government officials who are careful of the problem ofjuvenile delinquency，it is a long-standing complicated issue to prevent and controlit.By overviewing the research on juvenile delinquency recently，we can gain aconclusion as following： the problem of juvenile delinquency has morehomogenous in time and less heterogeneous in area. Preventing and controllingjuvenile delinquency presses for deepgoing and comprehensive research on thejuvenile delinquency which is treated as a typical case in special area，andabandoning the crime census which is lacking of depth. Unless we do this wecannot grasp the concrete law of juvenile delinquency and put forward someeffective solutions to prevent and control juvenile delinquency.By surveying in the discipline institution of juvenile offender in A province(over95%juvenile offenders in Aprovince are helded here)，we get some basicdates which are analyzed by relevant sociological theories，and get three basiclaws of juvenile delinquency about law of subject constitutes，law of criminalmotives，law of criminal act，and bring forward three solutions to prevent andcontrol juvenile delinquency as follows：first，controlling and helping the ruralmigrant teenagers who work in city and the urban teenagers who are jobless；second，improving the costing of crime and suppressing the criminal motives；third，controlling the sorts of means of juvenile delinquency and the time-spacefactors.
