Also it further proved the function of the judiciary and posed some suggestions to the correction of the roles in the juvenile delinquency.With China's reform and opening up and the development of the Internet and other high-tech, a number of social issues also appear. And some of the issues become the factors of juvenile delinquency directly or indirectly. It can be said that in the transition period, the new factors of juvenile delinquency are increasing which requires all-round prevention of juvenile crime.
