A special organization of cultural education in ancient China is the academy,whichhad a significant impact on personnel training as well as academic and culturaldevelopment.So “academy research”always has been received a lot of attention from bothhome and abroad, Scholars have been researching the academy from different angles.Based on the new century, in the rising of China’s comprehensive national strength today,Contemporary Chinese education is necessary to strengthen the spirit of the innovativefeatures and realize the cultural renaissance mission behind educationconstruction——The value of contemporary Chinese education needs to be tidied up andrefined,the thought needs to be riched and precipitated, the system mechanism needs to beimproved.The unique educational philosophy and teaching experience that formatedduring their development process still have enlightenment to us today.Culture lies in the environment and the atmosphere is very important forTeching;“Pluralistic integration and cultivate the culture” is the concentrated expression ofthe wisdom of education. So it is necessary to explore the academy culture from theperspective of teaching and learning environment.The paper that regarded the teaching andlearning environment of academies during the Song Dynasty as the research object is toexplore the basic background and the components and characteristics of the teaching andlearning environment of academies during the Song Dynasty in order to get inspirationand make good use of it in the contemporary world,to make the construction of schoolteaching and learning environment in China more scientific.The thesis of more than60,000words, in addition to the origin, Conclusion andAppendix, the main structure consists of six parts.The first part is discourse backgroundand studies review,including concept definition, literature review, account of the researchideas; The second part is the evolution of the teaching and learning environment in SongDynasty,mainly to discuss the formation of the influencing factors and change process ofteaching and learning environment of academies in the Song Dynasty; The third part is thephysical space environment of the Song Dynasty’s academy,mainly to discuss the location,layout, style, and landscape,etc; The fourth part is the institutional environment of theSong Dynasty’s academy,mainly to discuss the materials specifications, the appointment of teachers,“collective discussion and lecturing system”,self-study and the examinationsystem, etc; The fifth part is the psychological environment in the Song Dynasty’sacademy, focuses on the interpersonal relationships, school spirit and style of study; Thesixth part of the inspiration of the teaching and learning environment of the SongDynasty’s academy, mainly to discuss how to build a harmonious campus, to play theeducational function of teaching and learning environment in schools.
