Personality is a whole psychological characteristics integration of character, interest, temperament, sentiment, belief, will, attitude, view and so on, which is unique and stable. At present, middle school students’personality status is worrying, because educators don’ t pay enough attentions in personality education. Chinese subject’s feature of humanity makes it have incomparable advantages of other disciplines, so Chinese teachers of middle school should think about how to take full use of Chinese subject’s feature of humanity. when it improves students’ability of Chinese, it can enhance students’personality education so as to establish students’quality of personality and help students form healthy personality.Based on this understanding, article takes Guangzhou LuoCheng middle School for example to investigate and analyze the situation of township junior middle school students’personality and the reason why the education of personality in Chinese teaching of township middle school will be ignored.Article discusses the meaning of personality education in teaching and puts forward some implementation strategy of personality education in Chinese teaching of township middle school, including:(1) For teachers, they are supposed to develop their cultivation of personality and establish advanced teaching philosophy;(2) For classroom teaching, it should explore the teaching mode of Chinese personality education and establish equal, harmony and democratic classroom atmosphere;(3) For teaching contents, it should base on Chinese textbooks to excavate some factors in favor of personality education;(4) For teaching practice, it should attach importance to the training of reading and train students’healthy personality at the same time; Meanwhile, it can take advantage of vivid talk training to train students’healthy personality.
