Context of reform and opening up, China entered the period of social transformation, utilitarianism, hedonism, seize the opportunity to enter the bad thoughts. University students’ values of life are in the formation and development stage,has very big plasticity. Complex external environment and their own cognitive orientation of the dual factors that university graduates did not mature outlook on life and value deviation. Interests and needs drive, graduates in employment can not resist the temptation and their cognitive deviation and ambitious, even to automatically give up employment, leisure negative depend on parents at home, this is our usual sense of university graduates" NEET". This is a special group, Papers from this special group of university graduates to start:First, the analysis of the "NEET" and that it produced under the background of china’s social transition and social structure change, it is the result of collision between Chinese traditional culture and modernization. It is the intrinsic factors of cross product that outside of the family, school and society and university graduates themselves. However, life value deviation is root ca which produces use why university graduates join to "gnaw the ranks of the old". Secondly, university graduates "NEET" phenomenon not only for themselves, but for family, education and society has a great pressure and burden; and it is subverting the orientation of traditional Chinese ethical value. It has developed to a complex social problem from a simple family ethical issues, the negative effects caused by the phenomenon has impacted on the operation of China’s social stability and harmonious development seriously. Finally, in order to prevent its continue to spread, the need for government and community’s attention and guidance. But the most effective coping strategies currently, is help the university graduates to set up correct life values, outlook on life and value orientation role by helping them toward independence and self-reliance.
