Normal universities’ students practicing as a full-time teacher in rural schoolcommits to the needs of the development of education, which makes the pre-trainingof normal universities’ teachers’ education and the development of the rural basiceducation become a whole. Based on the government supporting, taking the studentas the main body, the project of normal universities’ students practicing as a full-timeteacher supporting the rural school has entered into a mature and comprehensivedeveloping stage. This paper from the point of normal universities’ students, takingthe "Red-land practicing project for supporting the education" of Jiangxi NormalUniversity as an example, analyzes its current situation and cause in the preparationstage, implement stage, and the completed stage in order to find the better method forthe development of the project about normal universities’ students practicing as afull-time teacher to support the rural school, perfect the university’s training systemfor the student who practicing as a full-time teacher in rural school, and provide thesuggestion and research platform for teacher and students in the normal university.This paper contains five parts, namely the introduction, theories’ basis, thesummary of "The Red-land Practicing Project For Supporting The Education",investigative analysis of the current situation of Jiangxi Normal university’s "TheRed-land Practicing Project For Supporting The Education" and the re-thinking ofpracticing as a full-time teacher for normal universities’ students to support the ruralschool.Chapter1is the introduction of this paper, is mainly about the research reason,purpose and meaning, research methods and content, and the current research status.Chapter2is the research theoretical basis. It mainly explore theoretical basis ofnormal universities’ students practicing as a full-time teacher to support the ruralschool and the related concept definition.Chapter3is the summary of "The Red-land Practicing Project for Supporting theEducation", introducing the developing background and significance of it, theorganization forms and the general situation of the management mode.Chapter4is the analysis of current investigation and analysis "The Red-land Practicing Project for Supporting the Education", which is the focus of this paper,which mainly discuss about the ideas, ways and analysis methods of investigation,and comprehensively analyzes its current situation from the three aspects ofpreparation stage, the implementing stage, feeling and thinking after finishing it tofind the existing problems and causes.Chapter5is strategies thinking of normal university’s students practicing as afull-time teacher based on the chapter4. According to the existing problem, this paperput forward suggestions from the four aspects of the normal university’s student,normal university, the rural school and the government for the future development ofthe project about normal universities’ students practicing as a full-time teacher tosupport the rural school.
