With the development of society, fields of economy, culture, politics, ecology and others have produced enormous changes. As the cornerstone of the revitalization of the Chinese nation and social progress, education has been generally concerned by government. As a new education idea and education development concept, the education balanced development has gradually been recognized. For historical and current reasons, there are some differences between urban and rural areas, such as economy and culture. These will directly result in a divergence of teachers, education qualities and schooling levels. It brings out a series of social issues, such as “choosing school” and “the loss of rural teachers”.Ultimately, the major reason for the educational imbalance is that the imbalance of teacher allocation. Thus it is necessary to practice “Supporting Rural Education”, and it can be also referred as an important measure to achieve a balanced allocation of teachers.This paper mainly takes the methods of documentary-historical, interview and questionnaire survey, then combine quality with quantity, Basing on some teacher’s experiences of supporting rural education from J County of Gansu Province, it makes a concrete research and analysis. The results of the survey show that the understanding for supporting rural education is not comprehensive, the attitude about supporting rural education is negative, the implementing regulations are nonstandard, and it is difficult to adapt the new environment to teachers and this work ignores the feel of students. And it analyzed of supporting rural education from many aspects, such as, the policy including policy formulation, implementation and supervision, poor publicity for the work, education funding, school factors and teachers own factors.According to the result of empirical research, as a whole, the paper makes a further deliberation and present relative suggestions and counter plans. The educational administrative departments, school leaders and most of teachers should take a correct attitude to look at this practice. We have reason to believe that the achievement will provide more power to promote the balanced development of education in our country.
