An Analysis To Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Farmers Sports Discipline Project In Cheng Du

With the rapid development of economy and culture，it raises new requirementsfor China，how to improve the rural sports in fast and good development. In March2006，State Sports General Administration launched a“Farmers’Sports DisciplineProject”ceremony at home，at the same time formulated and issued《a views on theimplementation of the“Farmers’Sports Discipline Project”》.Therefore，in order toearnestly carry out and implement the spirit and requirements of the relevantdocuments issued by the State Sports General Administration，and to accelerate andpromote the pace of development of Sichuan Province Rural Sports，SichuanProvincial Sports Bureau issued the“Sichuan Province Sports Discipline Projectopinions and solutions”.At the same time，the Chengdu Sports Bureau for SportsDiscipline Project put forward related requirements and policies，and asked the ruralsports should be able to get the cause of the vigorous development in recent yearsfocused arranged in the“Farmers’ Sports Discipline Project”Farmers’SportsDiscipline Project implementation. Therefore，about Chengdu City“the farmer sportsfitness project”research on implementation and Countermeasures of investigation andanalysis，searching for the development of countermeasures for Chengdu Farmers’Sports Discipline Project，Farmers’Sports Discipline Project for a new socialist ruralconstruction and play in the local (an active role in the build of the whole country) aharmonious society has a very important theoretical and practical significance.This article takes literature，site visits and interviews，questionnaires，logicalinduction，mathematical statistics and survey research methods. It researches in fouraspects: status of implementation of Chengdu Farmers’Sports Discipline Project；Chengdu“Farmers’Sports Discipline Project”Effect Chengdu Farmers’SportsDiscipline Project implementation of the difficulties faced by the process；Chengdu topromote the development of countermeasures Farmers’Sports Discipline Project.Initially draw the following conclusions：(1)After the implementation of Farmers’Sports Discipline Project，the number of sports venues and supporting facilities hasbeen a significant increase；sports equipments is very abundant；sports types farmerparticipated is very rich；sports related settings have been gradually improving andperfecting.(2) The most important value of Farmers’Sports Discipline Project is tocreate the fitness places，facilities and perfect sports equipments for farmers，and toconstruct suitable sports venues which farmers love， it will be an excellentopportunity for the development of sports in rural areas，the same sports activities tothe rural to carry out a profound impact and positive effects， and thus change the attitude of the farmer’awareness of sports.(3)The implementation of Farmers’Sports Discipline Project riches amateur culture and living standards of farmers，andstimulates the concept of farmers’consumption of sporting goods，and cultivates andtrains a group of social sports instructors and rural sports staff，also increases the numberof people in rural sports.(4)The implementation of Sports Discipline Project not onlyimproves farmers fitness status，changes the farmers’way of life and habits，but alsopromotes and facilitates the friendly development and improvement of the villagers.It faces different difficulties and shortcomings during the implementation processof Chengdu “Sports Discipline Project”：first，it is still not perfect in rural sportsbuilding and the presence of laws and regulations，so it needs to be perfected andimproved. At the same time，the maintenance、the use and the management of sportsequipments need to be improved；and the organization and management level andability of government leaders need to further strengthen and improve. Second，thesource of funding for the project long-term can not be guaranteed. Because of relativelack of government special funds， weak from the social funds and corporatesponsorship，even less in the number of individual donations，farmers sports servicesystem is lagging behind. Third，government departments are not pay enoughattention to it. The relevant administrative departments almost never divided Sportsfor fitness leadership and organization management institutions and architecture，sports-related functions and leader of sports and the legal system and documents thedistribution and publicity effect of very low administrative village rural developmentsports industry and sports leadership focus is not in place.(4) The awareness offarmers to participate in physical exercise is weak. The initiative to organize sportsactivities or actively participate in sports competitions crowd is less，and it is lack ofscientific guidance in farmers’participation in physical exercise. Implementation ofdevelopment：increased investment in sports facilities in rural areas；improve farmers’awareness of fitness，to update the concept of farmers’health；expand rural sportsfitness activities for fund raising channels； the establishment of rural sportsmanagement system， improve the management mechanism of rural sports；make fulluse of traditional items of local characteristics combined with engineeringcharacteristics for Migrant and sports activities；efficient sports professional practicebase in the countryside.
