Compared to physicaleducation, on one hand they are an important part of school physical education, on theother hand, extracurricular sports activities involving a wider range, more flexible anddiverse forms of organization, to supplement the school physical education, but alsobetter cultivate interest of students skills, promote physical and mental health ofstudents good habits, and actively participate in physical exercise.Primary school physical education is the beginning of one school of physicaleducation, at this stage, the primary school students are in rapid development, therefore,to organize and guide the students to actively participate in extracurricular sportsactivities, from under the body good, to ensure the healthy development of the heart ofthis body is especially important.
