So how can the teenager in a critical period of physical growth and development of better development, and enhance the physical condition, this study is to understand from the juvenile body shape, physical function, physical and other aspects of the development status of the juvenile constitution in order to achieve the research purpose.Research Methods:In this study,10-12year-old the Xiangxi weightlifting Center weightlifting team started going to school Junior and outside the juvenile of the same age the object of study, the the weightlifting Cadet for the experimental group, this sport for initial training outside with the age of juvenile control group. Six months later, the test two groups of juvenile body shape, physical function, physical and other indicators to understand the changes of the indicators of the experimental and control groups.Research Results:1. Before and after changes in the experimental group, the body shape of many indicators of both has difference, in which height, sitting high, chest, thigh Wai, body weight, lean body weight and other indicators (p-<0.01) has a very significant significant difference, waist, upper arm circumference (P<0.05) with significant and show that this sport for juvenile body shape affect significantly with; changes in body function indicators the only vital capacity (p-<0.01) with very significantly with the difference; and physical strength, grip strength, vertical jump Mogao,60m (P<0.01) has a very significant difference.Conclusion:1. Weightlifting exercise in improving the juvenile body shape to show the two sides. In the body morphology height, circumference growth showed a catalytic role in the body height increased circumference increased significantly; showed inhibition in the percentage of body fat, reduce the percentage of body fat, can effectively reduce the fat content, to improve the juvenile body composition, by this sport for the effective control of juvenile body obesity.2.
