Weightlifting is a sport with a long history.The barbell is held over the head with both hands and the weight of the barbell raised is the basis for winning or losing.Weightlifting is regarded as a strategic advantage event in China's Olympic Games.The Olympic Legion of our country has made a great contribution to the competition for gold and silver in the world competition.However,with the increasing number of competitors and the increasing level of weightlifting techniques and tactics,the gap between our competitors and our country is gradually being narrowed.In order to maintain our country's leading position in weightlifting in the world,the reform and innovation of training contents and methods is very important to how to train the reserve talents of competitive weightlifting.At present,the training methods and auxiliary exercises of weightlifting for teenagers are mainly anaerobic and high-intensity special exercises,and the basic level coaches often ignore the light load training with small intensity and many times.Juvenile amateur sports school is an important part of the training system in our country.It is the basic link in the three-level training network and the important base for training high-level competitive sports reserve talents in our country.Because most of the athletes in amateur sports schools have to train while attending school,and the training tasks are very heavy,they cannot train systematically as the professional teams do.In addition,the grassroots coaches all have the mentality of eager achievement and instant benefit,so they adopt intensive training.In order to achieve the goal of rapid improvement of results.However,first of all,it is not suitable for high intensity training in the youth stage.Secondly,the high intensity often causes the young players to learn the technical deformation,and can not form the correct technical habit,which seriously affects the development of the young players in the future.Therefore,the effect of light load training on youth weightlifting team performance was studied,and the young weightlifting team athletes in Hebei sports school were taken as the experimental objects.This paper analyzes and probes into the influence of small intensity multiple number training on young weightliftersundefined special achievement through six monthsundefined training,thus providing a reference for the training methods of young weightlifters in the future.In the whole research process,the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method are used to study.After more than 6 months of experimental training,the following results are obtained through the experimental data of this subject: first,both of the two training methods play a positive role in affecting the basic quality of juvenile weightlifters.The results of the two training methods were improved,but the effect was not significant(P > 0.05).In the aspect of 30 meters,push-ups and back strength,there were significant differences before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),and the results of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group.It shows that light load training plays a good role in improving the basic quality of young weightlifters.Second,the performance of the special quality has also played a good training effect: except for the fact that the strength pushing effect is not significant,The other items had good training effect: narrow speed pull and wide speed pull increased from 89.87 ±3.72 and 80.33 ±3.75 before experiment to 104.13 ± 2.64 and 94.21 ± 2.01 after experiment,respectively(P < 0.01),which indicated that the training effect was remarkable.The results of front squat and back squat increased from 89.27 ±2.46 and 104.26 ±1.53 to 100.41 ±4.15 and 115.13 ±2.75 respectively before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).The results of narrow hard lift and wide hard lift increased from 102.87 ±4.19 and 79.93 ±3.11 to 120.33 ±3.49 and 89.73 ±2.66 respectively after the experiment(P < 0.01).The improvement range of achievement was higher than that of the general training method,and the improvement of high grasp and high overturn increased from 64.21 ±1.97 and 71.21 ±2.51 before and after the experiment to 73.07 ±1.79 and 84.47 ±1.68,respectively.There was a significant difference between before and after the experiment(P < 0.01),which indicated that the training effect was remarkable.And the improvement range of achievement is larger than that of general training method.The snatch and clean lift increased from 81.53 ±4.22 and 88.67 ±3.31 before the experiment to 90.53 ±3.83 and 96.87 ±2.51 after the experiment,respectively.The results showed significant difference before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).The training effect was remarkable and the range of improvement was better than that of the control group.
