University-enterprise knowledge transfer is an important way that enterprise accessto knowledge resources through joint with the university. The center target ofUniversity-enterprise knowledge transfer is learning and innovation. Carrying outlong-term strategy of University-enterprise knowledge transfer, and using externaltechnological resources to enhance the independent innovation capability of enterprisesare the inevitable choice to enhance the overall competitiveness. Through defining theconcept, proposing assumptions, building the model and demonstrating research toYantai Nanshan College and Nanshan Group, article reached the following conclusions:(1)Analyse the model of University-enterprise knowledge transfer of YantaiNanshan College and Nanshan Group.Study the current of University-enterprise knowledge transfer of Yantai NanshanCollege and Nanshan Group,there are still many problems to be solved:①Overallresearch and development capability of Yantai Nanshan College is not powerful, and thescope of University-enterprise scientific research is narrow, and enthusiasm andinitiative of University and enterprises have not been fully realized.②The conversionrate of scientific research is lower, especially produce better economic results is less bylarge-scale production.③The form of University-enterprise knowledge transfer ismonotonous, and diversion channels is less.(2)Based on analyzing the process of University-enterprise transfer, according tothe knowledge of supply and demand of University-enterprise analysing three stages ofknowledge transfer: preparation stage, transfer stage and integration phase.(3)Construct the model of influential factors of University-enterprise knowledgetransfer.Based on the three dimensions, including knowledge source factors: the level ofuniversity research and development, the capability of university knowledge transfer;knowledge receiver factors: the ability of enterprises absorbing knowledge; Transfercontext factors: the connection strength, the knowledge base differences, and the degreeof social polymerization; A dependent variable--the effectiveness of knowledge transfer: the knowledge acquisition, the knowledge application, and put forward the researchhypothesis model.(4)Conducted a survey to knowledge transfer of Yantai Nanshan College andNanshan Group by the questionnaire. Use SPSS15.0, AMOS7.0statistical software toempirical analysis.The results show that: the level of university research and development, thecapability of university knowledge transfer, the ability of enterprises absorbingknowledge, the connection strength, and the degree of social polymerization have thesignificant positive correlation with the effectiveness of University-enterpriseknowledge transfer, and between the knowledge base differences and the effectivenessof knowledge transfer is the inverted "U" shape curve relationship.(5)From universities, businesses, situational factors three aspects put forwardpolicy proposals to improve the University-enterprise knowledge transfer.
