Study Of City Pension Service Integrating Social Work Element

With the coming of the era of aging and the accelerated pace of urbanization, the citypension problem has become an important issue in the process of China’s socialdevelopment. How to mobilize the whole society to enhance awareness of pension service,how to combine existing resources to improve the services and facilities and to enhancethe effectiveness of pension services are the problems we need to urgently think about.Based on this, with the pension service integrating social work element of Shenzhen Cityas the research object, this paper put forward that we can improve the weaknesses of theoriginal tradition of city pension services by integrating social work element in thetraditional urban pension service in order to make the urban pension services morescientific, systematic and professional.This project introduces the operation, effectiveness and advantages of pension serviceof the community elderly people recreational services with healthy older adult as mainservice object, community day care service with semi-self-elderly people as main serviceobject, community-based family help age and rehabilitation services with completeinability elderly people as main service object through the four kinds of concrete serviceexamples in Shenzhen City: neighborhood mutual aid activity of "In Neighborhood WithYou and Me, We Help Each Other and We Develop Thick Affection" in Meilingcommunity; Day care services in East Park community; Day care services in Meilingcommunity; Workshop of "Family Caregivers Provide You With A Happy Afternoon" toreaders, systematically expounded the pension service integrating social work element ofShenzhen City.Meanwhile, this paper expounded the main problems to be encountered and theirreasons of the pension service integrating social work element, this paper also put forwardthe measures and suggestions of the rapid expansion of social work personnel and thedevelopment of "social worker+volunteers" duplex linkage in order to further improvethe project of this study and make it more practical, reproducible and scientific in practice.As society changes, the traditional Chinese city pension service gradually can notmeet the needs of aging and can not provide the elderly people with professional, efficient,cost effective price services. Based on the needs of urban elderly people and make full useof the social work element to provide pension service, we can not only provide new, highquality services for the elderly, but also allow them the play their remaining energy whileaccepting care from others. The study of Shenzhen pension service integrating social workelement in this paper will be able to effectively bear part of the pressure arising from thetransitional phase to aging society and to help our country to transform and develop toaging country smoothly.
