In recent years,China's economic development and the development of the level of continuous improvement,but still can not get rid of the old and not rich first old,not the first few pension status quo.With the elderly population continues to increase,the elderly proportion is rising year by year,solve various problems brought by the aging society is becoming more and more difficult,the whole country and society are strongly urged to establish a set of perfect,Pratt & Whitney,professional pension system,to promote the construction of service facilities,provide better service for the elderly population.The whole society needs to establish a sound service system for the aged,which is more urgent and heavy in the ethnic areas.Ethnic minority areas is usually a collection of old revolutionary base areas,remote and poor,a few ethnic population is concentrated and other many features,restricted by history,geography,traditional culture,economic,social and other multidimensional factors,of older people in the region in both material and spiritual aspects in relatively poor state.At the present stage our country pension is mainly to the family endowment based,with the advocacy and support of the policy began development of a new model of the community old-age pension and agencies such as,from multiple dimensions to alleviate pressure on social pension system,in which pension institutions in the relief of social pressure and meet the demand of elderly endowment base oneself upon bear very important role.Effective intervention of social work for the welfare pension institutions,has a very important significance.It not only limits in providing daily care and simple life care,but the use of professional social work values,professional knowledge and skills in the service content is extended to deeper and higher level,for the case of the main provision of spiritual,psychological and social intervention services,so as to enrich the old man's spiritual life,to meet the needs of higher level,positive and effective response to environmental problems,enhance self-confidence,eventually mining and improve the case the main potential,helping people to help themselves.The Enshi Xianfeng Zhong Bao Zhen welfare homes for the elderly research,focus on the spirit of the "three noes" of old people,using the methods of literature,observation method and interview methods,analysis of their spiritual needs,for public hospital exact needs with diversified forms,Academy of people's spiritual needs specific intervention program design,puzzle for recreational activities and projects carried out,their spiritual life care,reduce the old man in the life sense of helplessness and loneliness,to excavate its potential,let the old man "learn and enjoy" enhancing the satisfaction of life.This paper consists of 4 chapters.The first chapter introduces the welfare pension status and problems;the second chapter analysis the third chapter intervention for intervention;case and group;the fourth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions.
