This thesis mainly research the content from music professionals and non-musicprofessionals with the improvisations piano playing music in the therapy of comparativein their differences, through choosing10music specialized students and10thenon-music specialized students as2groups of sample, take a questionnaire for theirpre-and post-performance.The observers mark the score by standard of musicimprovisation rating scale. The result of questionnaire and judgement for performerwill be analyse by data processing system. finally to form the tabulated to summarized.To draw a conclusion with the relationship between personal music background andmusic therapy, calculated accurate data for music therapists, provide a reference basis forthe treatment.Results showed that in the piano improvisation, both of the music professionals andnon-music professionals can obtain the same cheerful feeling.their is no obviousdifference in the improvisation for a duration, their expectation self-reported interactionsand satisfaction. However, from the statistical results to see, the judges considered thaton two groups of samples, the degree of music interactive and the musicing representhave obvious difference.These results showed that on the one hand, in music therapy, it is no matter thatthey have music background or not,all of them can undertake music therapy, On theother hand, due to music therapy is using music play treatment in the final, so,the musicand treatment of interactive would cooperated closely, so the sufferers with musicbackground or not should be distinction by music therapists, set up interrelatedtherapeutic schedule, as far as possible satisfy patients interact in music.
