This paper, based on the related observation and interviews, the junior middle school students described in consumption behavior problems, based on this kind of problem consciousness, began to analyze the main consumption as a junior high school students of the values and skills and education to its influence. The first chapter defines consumption and consumer education, combined with the moral standard, as shown in the "knowledge and skills, process and methods, attitude values" three dimensions, analyzes the consumer education of the basic content. In the second chapter, the author uses text analysis from classification and stage two perspective summarizes the junior middle school moral standard of education goals put forward in consumption, then analyzes the compilers of the teaching material consumption education content, and then through the observation and research in the junior middle school moral interview consumption situation of the implementation of the education. This paper analyzes the third chapter in consumer education target, contents and implementation of desirable place and the existing problems. In the desirable:consumer education have three dimension classification goal, its content distribution accord with the characteristics of students, content conformity outstanding students virtue form, content performance style pay attention to inspire. Main problems include:the consumer education goal, the general consumer education content design the shortcomings of the teacher education consumption, moral consciousness, comprehensive course is not guaranteed, school or activities on consumption of family education "negative education". The fourth chapter based on the author interviews of relevant information and foreign consumption education some successful experiences in, to perfect our country’s junior middle school spending education made Suggestions, including refining consumption education goals; Integrate the consumption education content; Rich consumer education methods; In the overall implementation of the recommendations of consumer education include:grasp the implementation of education consumption principle; To develop teachers’ education consumption of consciousness; Optimize the campus cultural cultivation environment; The home-school co-operation consumption education path.
