The Social Function Of The Amateur Football Club And Its Development Countermeasures

Football is the important content of cultural reconstruction for it has powerful social influence and urban representation.The development of amateur football club in Nanjing means great in terms of enhancing the urban general capacity of Nanjing and the status of provincial capital city.Meanwhile,Nanjing is a Major football city in our country.The development of amateur football has a sense of representative.Therefore, this study is also written to provide a reference for the deep development of amateur football to other people in areas of Jiangsu.In this study, literature, questionnaire survey, interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods have been used. With the knowledge of sports sociology, the study gives an interpretation to the social function and value of Nanjing amateur football club,while it also gives an investigation and analysis to the status of amateur football club in Nanjing.On the basic of the investigation and analysis,the study,analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of development of amateur football club in Nanjing,proposing strategies of development of amateur football club in Nanjing for the influencing factors.Firstly, through research, the study summarizes the basic characteristics of amateur football club,which also has its own personality.The study also summarizes the current trend of amateur football club development in China,mainly including,"apparent" amateur football alliance "enthusiastical" amateur football league,"flourishing" amateur football club,"brand new" amateur football and "sustained" mass media attention.Secondly, the study focuses on explaining the social functions of amateur football clubs, including in the political sphere:to ease the pressure of government,to promote the democracy and autonomy;and in the economic field,to pull the football industry, to stimulate the sports consumption;and in the field of culture:to heritage the football culture, to form unique connotations; in service area:to serve sports career, to meet people’s needs; in sports area:to play sports role and to promote structural reform.Then, the study takes Nanjing as an example to investigate the role of amateur football club in Nanjing, including in the political sphere; to reflect the capacity of democratic autonomy; in the economic field:to stimulate the consumption of the related areas;in the field of culture:to highlight the concept of people-oriented;in the service area:to achieve the target of the members;in sports area:to promote the football reform. As well as the problems, mainly including, the lack of effective legal protection,the lack of long-term financial security and long-term lack of scientific management, low moral qualities of the participants, injury insurance mechanism to be improved.Finally, based on results of the analysis,the study proposes the solutions of developments of Nanjing amateur football club,mainly including:to promote the transfers of the corresponding functions of government scientifically,to combine the government support and the raised own capital,to manage their own cultural construction practically and realistically,also to combine legal constraints and moral self-discipline,to establish and improve amateur football insurance mechanism.
