At present,jiangxi province amateur football club, both in quantity and management has formed a relativelyperfect system, in jiangxi province amateur football club for the popularization and developmentof football sports in jiangxi province plays an important role and value.In this paper, by using the method of literature, expert interview method, questionnairesurvey method, mathematical statistics, the methods of system science, in jiangxi province,nanchang, ganzhou city, jiujiang, JingDe city, YiChunShi, it30amateur football club in six citiesas the research object, and selected10players from each club and one manager as the researchobject, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research on amateur football, withthe characteristic of the amateur football in jiangxi province system construction, system, systemdevelopment present situation, the problems existing in the system development, optimize thefactors as the research content, such as the study on the system for jiangxi amateur football hascarried on the comprehensive research.The results show that:At present, the problems existing in the system of amateur football in jiangxi province ismainly displays in: the lack of effective legal protection, way of the lack of stable sources of funds,lack of effective management system, club members comprehensive quality improvement, thereferee law enforcement ability needs further improve, amateur football development imbalancebetween different cities, the system of the amateur football league is not perfect enough, clubsports injury insurance system needs to be quickly built.Aimed at the problems existing in the development of amateur football system in jiangxiprovince, this study presents a positive science speed up transformation of the governmentmanagement function, expand the club’s funding sources, to set up the legal constraints and moralself-discipline management system, pay attention to the construction of internal culture club, toestablish the rule of law and moral self-discipline management system, using the resources ofcolleges and universities, well sites, referees and coaches from three aspects, cohesion, build theunified pattern of amateur football league, in jiangxi province to speed up the construction ofjiangxi province amateur football marketing system, perfect the insurance mechanism optimization Suggestions of amateur football club.
