Full-time counseling teachers play multiple roles in open education, and they are the link of education department and students, and also the guarantee of open education quality. So study on full-time counseling teachers’professional growth is very important. In order to found an echo among full-time counseling teachers, to prompt some teachers study on to reflect on themselves, and to provide references for full-time counseling teachers in their professional growth, the author will present some clips of full-time counseling teachers’ dairy teaching life, explore the key points of their professional growth and analyze the key factors of their professional growth, by researching and analysis two typical full-time counseling teachers" professional growth. In this study, the narrative inquiry method is applied, two typical full-time counseling teachers from Nanjing Broadcasting University (Baixia Campus) as the research object were selected; field observation about three months, the aid of classroom observation, interviews and other methods are applied to collect data. The writer tries to reveal general characters between full-time counseling teachers’ professional growth hidden in daily education life, by restructuring and reproducing bagatelles of education situations and professional growth process.This paper is composed of three parts. In the first part, the background and the practical demands of the proposed is introduced; the relevant research and concepts of open education teachers are given; the significances and purposes of the study are put forward; research approach, research methods and process are provided. In the second part, on the basis of analysis and finishing research materials, the write presents the professional growth stories of research objects from aspects of mentality, class and ways of professional growth; and annotates their personal professional growth attitude and idea. In the third part, the author expounds the research objects’ professional concept from education belief and self growth consciousness; generalizes the inside and outside influencing factors; and summarizes the experience of research objects’professional growth.
