Since 2011,the free normal teachers as a special group in the school.Based on this situation,the author thinks that it is necessary for Chinese research situation of free normal post-career professional growth.This article mainly adopts the method of education narrative research,selection of lanzhou chengguan free normal three junior high school language teachers as the research object,in conversation,listening to lectures and interviews as the main way,the three narrative teacher's professional development course,the emphasis on their key events and their professional development journey,their professional development process dynamics,vividly present in front of everyone.Affect free normal professional development through the study found that many subjective and objective factors,subjective factors include career ideal,personal professional quality,psychological quality and the degree of personal effort,objective factors including school normal education,training mechanism,campus environment,etc.Affect free normal professional development through the study found that many subjective and objective factors,subjective factors include occupational ideal.professional quality,psychological quality,such as personal effort degree and the objective factors including school normal education,training mechanism,campus environment,etc.Based on this,it is suggested that in the pre-employment training of free normal students,the practice ability of teaching in primary and secondary schools should be strengthened and cultivated at the same time.It should help free normal students to set up lofty career aspirations,rooted in the soil of education,selfless dedication,rewarding career achievement and happiness.It should strengthen the psychological quality of free normal students,enhance the frustration ability,and improve the will quality through various beneficial activities.At the same time,the high school should strengthen the cultivation of students' professional interest and the guidance of the volunteer entrance examination,so that students can apply for the major they like and pursue their own career.Of in-service training after,it is recommended that the increase of free normal school teachers' attention,through the strong teachers,strengthen communication to guide,improve treatment,improve the training mechanism,build development platform,lead free normal in such aspects as ethics,professional growth,to speed up the growth,dig their professional growth potential,they develop into "masters" educator","leading the education developing teaching reform practice,constantly improve the quality of basic education in China.
