The professional development of PE teachers in colleges and universities runs through the career and is a process in which PE teachers and the group continuously achieve specialization to improve their professional level.It is embodied in the harmonious development and promotion of the six aspects of personal inner quality,student Outlook,professional knowledge structure,teaching ability,academic ability and teaching reflection ability.The professional growth of physical education teachers in colleges and universities also has stages.From the transition from novice teachers to skilled teachers to mature teachers,they finally enter the process of expert teachers.It is the result of the joint development of professional ability,teaching ability and academic ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.Using the method of narrative research,the three physical education teachers of L University were interviewed in depth and communicated after class,based on the theory of lifelong education and teacher professional development.Through the research object's professional cognition,the key events in professional growth and academic research,self-reflection and professional emotion analysis to explore the factors affecting professional growth.The research shows that the professional growth of PE teachers has both commonality and relative particularity.From the factors that influence the professional growth of physical education teachers,the physical education curriculum,the physical education teaching methods,the evaluation of physical education teaching and the attention of the school level to physical education teaching are the external factors that affect the professional growth of physical education teachers in colleges and universities;The independent consciousness,professional knowledge structure,learning attitude and professional consciousness of the professional growth of physical education teachers are internal factors.Among them,personal factors are the internal core factors that affect professional growth.In order to promote the professional growth of physical education teachers incolleges and universities,on the basis of improving the teaching environment of schools,it is necessary to strengthen the professional quality of physical education teachers.The first is to consciously learn professional knowledge and professional skills,optimize the knowledge structure,improve professional capabilities;The second is to actively participate in various types of teacher training,learning advanced teaching concepts and methods,and improving teaching capabilities;The third is to enhance the awareness of self-professional development,good at self-study,good at self-reflection,good at team learning,improve learning ability.
