Research Objective: Aerobics course has the sense of times. It has rich content,diversity of practice form, special, dynamic characteirstics. All of these features make it beoutstanding in the school curriculum. Aerobics class can not only enhance students’constitution and also makes the students exercise body while have enthusiasm is bold andunrestrained feelings expeirence, these are cateirng to modern pirmary school students pursuestrong and handsome body, innovation of the prophet’s psychological characteirstic andspiritual requirements, and by the elementary student’s favorite. This article analyzed anddiscussed the effect of physical and mental health effects through the measurement data ofphysical and mental for elementary school students. Provide certain theoretical basis andteaching practice guidance for the elementary school, and promote the development ofpirmary school aerobics class.Research Methods:Through the literature mateiral law, investigation method,expeirmental method, mathematical statistics method, on the basis of the national studentphysical health standard "and" mental health diagnostic tests (MHT) of the provisions of thescale, the author select50-meter running, long jump in succession, crook proneness,one-minute steps experiment, rope skipping vital capacity and psychological test index. Thetarget is the130pupils in Class1and2,Grade5in ZhaiYing Street Pirmary School inShijiazhuang.Experiment results:1.The compairson of the physical indicators showed that the comprehensive data of thefour expeirment results of the expeirmental group, including step test(0.002**), longjump(0.003**),Sit and Reach(0.000**) and one-minute skipping, are signiifcantly differentrfom the control group (P<0.01). The result proved that the aerobics class enhanced thephysical quality of the pupils, especially the lower extremity strength, physical coordinationand lfexibility of lower extremity. The results of the compairson between boys and girls in theexperiment group were significantly different. The results of the one-minute skipping (0.001**) of the boys in the expeirmental group vaired greatly. The results of theone-minute skipping (0.007**) and Sit and Reach(0.000**) of the girls in the expeirmentalgroup all vaired greatly. The results showed that the girls were influenced more than the boys.The two ’groups vital capacity and50-meter running were both improved, but effects werenot obvious.2.The compairson of mental health indicators showed differences in the students’ overallpsychological scale effect. The expeirmental group after the expeirment in learning anxiety(0.001**),the human anxiety (0.004**),loneliness tendency (0.003**),self-blamingtendency (0.000**) and allergic tendency (0.001**) of these ifve factors and total score(0.000**) vaired greatly. The total score of the expeirmental class of boys and girls vairedgreatly in sex. The total score of the boys (0.000**) was less than the total score of the girls(0.003**). The results showed that the expeirment had more inlfuences on mental health ofthe expeirmental group boys than the girlsConclusion:1.Theexpeirmental results show that: the overall health level of the expeirmentalpirmary school students improved effectively through the Aerobics Courses, and the datacompairson of step expeirment, standing long jump, Sit and Reach, one minute skipping thesefour expeirments were significant. It showed that the aerobics class has the obvious ImproveLever Function on the ’pupils cardiovascular function, lower extremity strength, physicalcoordination, and lower extremity flexibility.The physical effects of the expeirmental on girls in the class are more comprehensive than theboys; the effect is manifested in physical coordination, lower limb explosive power, lowerextremity flexibility, especially for girls’ cardiovascular function. The expeirments alsoimproved the students’ cardiopulmonary function; speed, agility,quality and lfexible aspectsof the nervous system, but the effect is not obvious.2.Theexpeirmental results show that: the primary school students with Aerobics Coursesin the experimental class have been alleviated in the terrorist tendencies and impulsivetendencies, but the effect is not obvious,while anxiety on learning and human, lonelinesstendency, self-accusation tendency, allergic tendency and mental health indicators showed that the expeirmental effect is very significant, followed by physical symptoms, whichindicating that aerobics class exercise played a large role in promoting the level of pupils’mental health in primary school. On the basis of a comprehensive improvement of pupils’mental health, on which the effects of the expeirmental on boys in the class are morecomprehensive than the girls; performed on the boys in the compairson of eight factors:learning anxiety, anxiety people, lonely oirentation, self-blame orientation, physicalsymptoms, terroirst tendency, impulsive tendency except allergic tendency, Seven areas haveimproved signiifcantly. And girls performed in learning anxiety on human anxiety, lonelinesstendency, self-blame tendency, allergic tendency of the five aspects.
