Effect Of The Tea Kwon Do Practice On Pupil Of Physical Quality And Mental Health

Object: It's very important to train the Pupil for the Tae Kwon Do practice, in addition to strengthening the physical quality and whetting the will. This study adopted the Tae Kwon Do practice as the intervention means, to strengthen the physical quality and improve the mental state health of Pupil.Method: 339 grade 1-6s primary school students attending the Tae Kwon Do practice were set for the experiment group, while 355 grade 1-6s primary school students without attending the Tae Kwon Do practice were set for the control group; The physical quality test referenced to The standard manual of physical exercise of the national, selecting the index as the seat body bend, the grip strength,50 ms-run, the standing long jump and the 50 m X8 - run back and forth etc. The mental index adopted Mental Health Rate Scale for Pupil, MHRSP .Result: There were different increase of the index as the seat body bend, the grip strength,50 ms-run, the standing long jump and the 50m×8 - run back and forth for the pupil after the Tae Kwon Do practice, showing the significant difference of statistical analysis . There were different increases of study obstacle, motion obstacle, behavior obstacle, society orientation obstacle, moral qualities blemish, personality blemish, bad habit and the special kind obstacle, showing the significant difference of statistical analysis. The more obvious the improvement is, the older the Pupil is.Conclusion: The Tae Kwon Do sport can improve the physical quality of the speed, the power, and the endurance capacity, to raise the vivid of each joint of body and strengthen their muscle power of pupil, and improve the mental state of Pupil.
