Youth is strong,the country is strong.It is important for the future of the country and the nation to promote the better development of physical and mental health of teenagers,and it plays a pivotal role in the future development of the country.According to the survey,the physical health of teenagers in recent years has become the focus of national attention.The reasons are as follows: firstly,the subject of exam-oriented education is still dominated by cultural courses,and the traditional concept of cultural achievement is difficult to change;In the second place,besides the school study,the after-school cram school takes up almost all the time,ignoring the physical exercise.Third,with the development of society,takeout and other catering industries bring convenience to people's life.Fast paced life makes fast food increasingly become a new choice.Changes in eating habits will also affect health problems.The influence of the above reasons on the physical and mental health of adolescents should not be taken lightly.Therefore,this article will take the junior middle school students as subjects,the aerobic combat operations for intervention experiment content,through compared with traditional physical education,analysis of the aerobic boxing on the junior high school students' physical quality and the impact of mental health,in order to effectively improve the physical quality of adolescents,improve adolescent mental health at the same time,enriched the contents of the middle school sports provide a new choice,It also provides theoretical basis for the promotion of aerobic fighting exercise in junior high school.This study uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics.Eighty students in the first grade of junior high school of Xiaodian District were given aerobic kick boxing intervention,and the other 80 students normally completed the physical education class of endurance training stipulated by the endurance school at this stage,which was carried out for 12 weeks with a total of 36 courses.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were tested for their physical fitness indexes,which were selected according to the test items in the national student physical health standards.At the same time,the middle school student mental health scale was issued to the subjects before and after the experiment,and the data obtained were analyzed by mathematical statistics.The results are as follows:1.The lower limb strength,endurance,flexibility and upper limb strength of boys in the experimental group before and after the experiment were significantly different from those before the experiment(P <0.05);The lower limb strength and endurance of boys in control group were significantly different before and after the experiment(P <0.05).2.The flexibility quality,endurance quality,lower limb strength and core strength of waist and abdomen of the girls in the experimental group were significantly improved(P <0.05)compared with before the experiment,and the improvement was greater than that of the control group.3.After the experiment,both the aerobic kickboxing group and the traditional PE class group had an improvement effect on the students' mental health after the experiment.In the experimental group,except for the obsessive-compulsive disorder dimension,the average score of the remaining nine dimensions was less than 2,indicating no obvious symptoms.Based on the above research results,the conclusions are as follows:1.Aerobic kickboxing has a significant promoting effect on junior middle school students' flexibility,endurance and strength quality,and the improvement of flexibility and strength quality is more significant.2.Traditional physical education class has a promoting effect on students' various physical qualities,especially strength and endurance qualities.3.Through the comparison of the physical fitness test results between the experimental group and the control group,it is found that compared with the traditional physical education class,aerobic kickboxing has a more obvious advantage in enhancing students' physical fitness.4.Both aerobic martial arts class and traditional physical education class can improve students' mental health to a certain extent,but there is no obvious difference between them.
